High Capacity Compressors

Pneumatics System Installation

We recently completed the installation of our new high-capacity compressor system, delivered as a fully self-contained 20-foot containerized unit. This upgrade represents a major investment in efficiency and reliability, but getting it into place was no small task. Due to the size and weight of the container, the operation required a 50-ton crane and a carefully coordinated effort from our installation and rigging teams.

The container arrived on a flatbed truck, fully assembled and pre-engineered with integrated electrical, cooling, and pneumatic systems. Because of its footprint and overall mass, traditional material-handling equipment wasn’t sufficient. The crane crew conducted a full site survey, mapped lift points, and positioned the crane on reinforced ground to ensure stability throughout the lift.

When the operation began, the container slowly rose from the trailer, suspended securely as the crane operator and spotters maintained constant communication. The lift was steady and deliberate, navigating tight clearances as the unit was rotated and lowered into its designated location outside our facility. Once set in place, technicians anchored the container, connected utilities, and performed system checks to bring the compressors online.

This installation significantly strengthens our production infrastructure, providing increased air capacity, improved energy efficiency, and the reliability needed to support our continued growth.
